Permission was given for Turandot (IRE) to go early to post.
The winner, Turandot (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Pontefract on 20 June 2021 where the filly finished last of five, beaten by 9 lengths.
David O'Meara’s representative’s explanation that Turandot (IRE) appeared to benefit from the reapplication of the hood was noted.
Turandot (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race, Josephine Gordon reported that Go Oscar Go (IRE), placed fifth, hung right-handed around the bend and Jason Watson reported that the winner, Turandot (IRE), hung left-handed in the home straight.
