An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference inside the final furlong involving Raise The Roof (IRE), placed third, ridden by Luke Morris; Tricolore (ITY), placed fourth, ridden by Dylan Hogan and Beating All (USA), placed fifth, ridden by Ben Curtis.
The Stewards considered that the interference had not improved Raise The Roof (IRE)’s or Tricolore (ITY)’s placing given the distances of ½ length and a neck between the three runners and the proximity of the interference to the winning line and that Raise The Roof (IRE) and Tricolore (ITY) were equally culpable.
The Stewards ordered the placings to remain unaltered.
The interference was found to be accidental as Raise The Roof (IRE) had lugged marginally left as Tricolore (ITY) shifted slightly right causing Beating All (USA) to be short of room and to be checked.
