A.E. Lynch, rider of Scotch Beg trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount finished lame. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Knockraha King, trained by Adrian Maguire, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Owing to ground conditions, the Stewards granted permission for fence number 2 to be omitted from races 6 and 7 of today's meeting.
