Formscan - Not much went right for CONSOLIDATION on his racecourse debut at Sandown a fortnight ago but the son of Too Darn Hot, who cost 300,000gns as a yearling, finished the race strongly once he saw daylight and could be hard to beat given he should be a good deal wiser this time. New Century also performed promisingly on his introduction in a similar race at Lingfield and also commands respect. Field Of Gold, a 530,000-euros son of Kingman, appeals most of the newcomers.
