Jered gets off the mark
The Noel Meade trained Jered opened up his account over fences after he ran out a four length winner of the G.A.A Beginners Chase in the hands of Paul Carberry.
Winning trainer Meade said afterwards: “He always was good horse he just lost his way a bit and we didn’t know what was wrong with him.”
“He was hanging in Cheltenham and Aintree and when he came back he just wasn’t right. He had a small operation on his hind legs and it seems to have straightened him up.”
“He has improved a lot from his first run. Paul said he dived at the third but after that he was brilliant.”
