Drawn down the inside in a big field at Leopardstown on a turning track wasn't ideal, anyone could see it. He's a very game horse and the owner Mark Breen has been very, very patient. It has taken a bit of time for the horse to come to himself. He was an expensive yearling and is coming to hand now. He would actually appreciate a better galloping track and he'll get further. As long as the handicapper is kind to us We'll keep playing and having fun with him. He's game so there is plenty of those races to be won with him. This is his third win this year and this year he is only coming to himself, so next year he will only improve.

After race at Gowran Park Wed, 11th Aug, 2021 (1st)
It is great to win the McEnery Cup - John and Paul are great friends of ours, we've been lucky buying plenty of horses from them and their cousin Marie Lou (McEnery) is our secretary at home. Colin was delighted with him, we thought he wanted plenty cut in the ground but he loved that today, being on the easy side of good. He moved brilliantly, won well and that is going to open up a lot more doors. He'll get further, that was a 0-100 and a Premier Handicap could be his next target. He has allowed himself to get into a handicap on Champions Weekend so we'll have some fun.
