The apparent improvement in form of the winner, My Rockstar (IRE), which had never previously been placed, was considered.
The Stewards noted the explanation given by Helen Rees that the gelding may have benefitted from a step up in trip from 2miles 2furlongs to 2miles 4furlongs and by the slower Going on this occasion, which was officially described as Good, Good to Soft in places.
My Rockstar (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race, Caoilin Quinn reported that Ithaka (IRE), placed fifth, jumped green.
