I'm delighted with her. She's an improving filly. It's nice to come up here and do it. She was in on Thursday but I was afraid the ground might go. It's a good galloping track here and fresh after the summer.

He ran very well in Galway and even when he was fifth in Limerick he was only beaten two lengths. He's a grand horse. He's eleven now and hasn't run that many times. It's beautiful ground - good jumping ground. I don't think he'll be a winter horse.

John gets the job done on debut over fences

I was delighted with his jumping, it was brilliant and he got a great ride. I wouldn't be opposed to stepping him up in trip in time but for the moment we'll look at the Craddockstown back here over two miles. It's a race I like. I'm looking forward to seeing him over further in time as I think he'll stay. Historically our horses are usually better over fences and with the way he jumps you'd be hopeful with him. He's a big raw horse still and he's still only five. He wouldn't want either extremes of ground. The day Douvan hockeyed him in Gowran it was heavy but he got a lot closer to him at Cheltenham on better ground and I think he's better on better ground.

He likes that ground. I was worried in Killarney that it was too quick for him. But that kind of ground is fine - once it's not heavy. I'm hoping he might sneak into the bottom of a good race. He could step up to three miles and I had the Paddy Power in my head.

He'll go jumping now and he's exciting,. We were hoping he'd do that. His form last year was solid and he's gotten stronger.
