Patrick gave her a super ride. He was just waiting for a gap to come and he always thought she would be able to go through it. I was worried about the ground, I'd say she will appreciate nicer ground and she jumps well. We'll probably look for a little summer campaign for her. When it works out like today it's grand. The Stewards interviewed C. O'Keeffe, trainer, in relation to his failure to nominate an overnight rider. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated that he had tried a number of riders but was unable to secure a booking. He also added he had being in contact with Horse Racing Ireland and the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board before the deadline closed to explain the situation. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted the explanation and took no further action. Mr. Rupert MacAuley did not attend this enquiry

Miss S. Ahern, rider of Praesagium Latina trained by J.P. O'Keeffe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount made a noise and pulled up thereafter
