An admirable performance from the veteran Big Zoomo who made all and jumped superbly throughout.

He was strongly pressed by Skellig Rock Lad from three out but started to win that argument before the last fence and a slight peck on landing failed to stop his momentum.

The runner-up moved loomed large on the turn for home but failed to pick up when asked for an effort two out, keeping on at the same pace.

Maiden point-to-pointer Mill Row ran well in third but will be lucky to find another hunter chase this weak and may have a better chance of scoring back `between the flags'.

He moved into a close third turning for home but could find no more after the third last and kept on one pace.

Fortis Et Fidelis found very little after travelling with some promise in fifth after the fourth last while Clear Gold was soon beaten after being ridden before the turn.
