Formscan - Nicky Henderson lifted this prize two years ago with Shishkin, and he could do so once more thanks to JONBON. The classy seven-year-old, who struck over the smaller obstacles at this meeting 12 months ago, has upwards of 7lb in hand on official ratings and lost nothing in defeat when chasing home El Fabiolo in the Arkle at Cheltenham. It's unlikely he faces anything of similar calibre here, and he should land his third Grade 1 (second over fences). Notlongtillmay posted a career-best performance when second in the Turners and further improvement isn't out of the question. Calico gave the selection a race in a match at Warwick in February, but is in too deep now.
