Niall 'Boots' Madden's Wins Now recorded his seventh career success when landing the 'Thanks To Ballinrobe Race Sponsors 2009' Chase at Ballinrobe today, for jockey Mark Walsh.

Wins Now, which finished fifth in the Galway Plate in July, moved through to lead at the second last fence and stayed on well under Walsh to score well by six lengths from Changing Course

A delighted Madden later stated “Wins Now will be kept chasing and may be a better horse on a flatter track. He does need to find a lot to recapture his best hurdle form but hopefully this will get him back on track.”
