The concluding Joe Bollard Memorial Bumper at Gowran today saw the Arthur Moore trained Theatre Festival under Niall Kelly, score a length and a quarter success over Coole Avenue

Moore later stated “Theatre Festival has had a few niggly problems but was entitled to win today on form. He'll go back hurdling now although two miles is possibly too sharp for him.”

He added “his owners are from Galway so he may head to the Festival next month – he'll make an ideal summer chaser in time.”
