Nama profits in last

Thu 26th May 2011, 21:06

The final race on the card at Clonmel produced the best finish with Presenting Nama edging a three-way thriller.

John Halley 's charge battled it out from the second last along with God's County and Eyre Apparent

The trio were locked together in the closing stages but it was 6/4 favourite Presenting Nama who found more close home for a head victory.

God's County took the runner-up spot, another head in front of Eyre Apparent.

"He'll be kept going during the summer as he's a good ground horse," said Halley of the winner.

"Two-and-a-half miles is his minimum trip. Davy Condon gave him a great ride - he's a great pilot."
