Most Beautiful (11/8f) made it two from three when keeping on best in the final furlong of the Group Three Grangecon Stud Stakes for two-year-old fillies.
It was the unbeaten Miss Elizabeth who broke very smartly under Wayne Lordan and towed the field along in this six furlong contest.
Ryan Moore positioned Most Beautiful just off the front-runner on the outer, with Only Mine in third on the rail.
Miss Elizabeth came under a drive from Lordan passing the two pole as Moore asked Most Beautiful for more.
On the run to the final furlong Most Beautiful grabbed the lead and she stuck at it well in beating Only Mine (9/1) by three parts of a length. Miss Elizabeth was a neck back in third.
Trainer David Wachman said: "She's always worked like a good filly. She's big and is still a bit weak, you could see that in the last furlong. She has a nice future.
"Ronan (O'Gara, part-owner) couldn't be here today as he's on a family holiday in the south of France but I'd say he won't miss the next day wherever that is.
"She's well-entered up and will go further. The one thing is she likes goodish ground."
This winner gave Moore a Curragh double as he took race two on Air Pilot
Former Irish rugby international O'Gara co-owns the filly with Mrs Paul Shanahan.
Most Beautiful got a first show of 20/1 for the 1,000 Guineas from Paddy Power while BoyleSports introduced her at 25/1.
