Jessica Harrington completed a brace on tonight's eight race Flat card when in the concluding Fairyhouse Special Offers Fillies Maiden the Gillian Khosla owned Black Ruby landed the spoils.
Mrs Harrington, earlier a winner with the Shane Foley-ridden Whitefountainfairy in the 5.45, legged up stable number one Colm O'Donoghue on Black Ruby.
The Dansili filly has it on breeding and here she built on her debut second placing from the Curragh eighteen days back.
The second favourite led a furlong and a half out and though the market leading Frima finished well three parts of a length split them at the finish.
Mrs Harrington said: "She is a beautifully bred filly. I was delighted with her run at the Curragh. She progressed from there and this is another step forward.
"The Irish Oaks is in about six weeks, and we can get another run in beforehand."
The Stewards informed T.G.McCourt, trainer that Sally Gap would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr.Liam Walsh, that G.M. Ryan, rider of Lady Shaana weighed in 1.3lbs overweight.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned in the presence of Ger Flynn, representing the rider's master, J.S.Bolger.
Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his clean record, cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.
