The ground at Kilbeggan is now Good following a dry morning. Patrons to Kilbeggan should note that there is no access from the main Edenderry/Tullamore Rd to Rhode due to roadworks. Extra travel time is advised.

Racing gets under way at 5.50pm with the Midlands National due off at 8.30pm. Last year's winner Tulsa Jack has almost halved in price from 14/1 to 15/2. Hat-trick-seeking Black Zambezi has hardened to 100/30 from 5/1. Both of those victories came at this track but he is stepping up in trip now for this three mile one furlong contest.

Meanwhile, Limerick hosts a National Hunt card tomorrow and the going is Good (on the hurdle track) and Good, Good to Yielding in places (on the chase course). There was 44mm of rain in the past 24 hours. Some showers are expected today with a mainly dry forecast tomorrow.

Ahead of racing on the Flat tomorrow in Gowran Park, the ground is Yielding (after 22mm of rain overnight). Today is forecast to be mainly dry.

Tipperary hosts jumping on Sunday and the going is Good to Yielding after 15mm of rain overnight. Showers are forecast today with dry weather expected thereafter.

They race on the level at Fairyhouse on Sunday and the ground is Good to Firm (with 19mm of rain in the past 24 hours). The track will monitor the weather with regard to watering. There is a slight chance of showers today.
