Miss Fourie made a winning start for Gavin Cromwell when claiming the concluding bumper at Limerick this afternoon.

There were four in a line passing the furlong pole in the two-miler but the Yeats filly got on top inside the final furlong.

She galloped on strongly to the line, under Harry Swan, to post a four length win over Visible Attraction 5/6 favourite Leimtrim Park was third.

The 10/3 winner was making her first outing for Cromwell having finished fifth on both outings last summer.

"She is a grand filly and I was delighted with the way she quickened and stayed going,” said Cromwell.

"I don't know where we go from here but we'll have a look and see - she'll keep going for a while more before the summer."
