Bryan Cooper’s injury sustained in the first race at Punchestown today is not as bad as was suspected but the claiming jockey is to undergo a further x-ray on the injury.

Cooper, who injured his right wrist when falling from Flag Of Honour in the opening contest, has movement in his wrist and can squeeze his fist but results from the x-ray cannot be read until swelling goes down.
