He's a proper summer ground horse. I was a bit worried about the trip and that's why I bounced out and made it. Hopefully there'll be another race in him during the summer.

It was not ideal to make the running but they were going slow and he got a soft lead. The jumping won it for him really. He was hanging right the whole way but jumping straight, and he'd be better going the other way. I think he could make a superb chaser.

we thought he'd do that as he is a 130 rated horse. He is a fantastic jumper . he'd jump around in the Champion Hurdle if he was good enough! I'd imagine he'll go chasing sooner rather that later and I think he is better on good ground.
