She did that well. She got a little bit lit up jumping out and Gavin said she was a little lit up on the way down as well so he said he'd just go forward on her and use up her energy,. I thought she was in a bit of trouble but she dug deep the last furlong. It's great to get a win out of her this year, it makes it worthwhile keeping her in training. She just missed out on black-type the last day, she's in foal to Inns Of Court and we have one more race with her. There is a listed race in Cork in two weeks time and she'll probably go for that. She's a decent filly anyway and I suppose she'll be a 90 plus filly after today.

She’s improving the whole time and she looked like she was still a bit green even with the cheek pieces on her but they definitely helped. Jake said she has loads of boot but she is just tricky. She is definitely getting better with racing. She is ground adaptable and I think we can get some blacktype with her. It’s great to get a win with her over five. She’s won over five, six and seven now. There is a Listed race coming up here over six and she may go for that. It’s the third anniversary of the death of owner Jay Bradley’s father so it will be special for him.

She seemed to stay well when we were racing her in Dundalk but it might have been out of greenness. After the penny dropped with her, all she wanted to do was go forward. She’s obviously sharpened up and was able to lie up with the pace today, even though she was actually on and off it a bit. Maybe that’s her trip now because she just seems to want to get on with things. She wasn’t really sure what to do when she hit the front and hopefully she’ll pick up another one or two during the summer. She had a bad experience at Leopardstown, she was drawn wide and ran very keen. She wasn’t as bad in Limerick but was still keen, and the drop back to six seems to have helped. Jake gave her a great ride. He’s flying and it means a lot to have a rider with a bit of confidence on her because she is tricky.

After race at Dundalk Fri, 25th Feb, 2022 (1st)
she's a nice filly and we knew at home she was very nice but we thought she'd be green the first day. She did very well today because the race didn't go great for her - she got a bump, ran a bit keen then, and got caught out wide. Things didn't go right and she still came home very strong. We knew tonight she'd be bang on there. He took his time, he said they went a lot faster tonight so it's a bit of a wake up call because sometimes races are run differently so you can't be too presumptuous. She did it well and the penny was still dropping as she was coming home. I think she'll stay a mile, it looked like that there. I'd say we might wait for the turf with her and see what's around. We think she might be able to get black-type so that's what we'll be aiming for.
