He’s got a bit of class and just needs to drop the bridle. When he does that he finishes. He’s in the online Sale at Goffs on Monday. Obviously I’d love to keep him but we’ll see what happens there. He could make a nice hurdler as he’s big enough. Fingers crossed he makes a nice price for the owner or I get to keep him!. Emmet said he might be better in a better race as he has the class to travel. He’s still going the right way and is a nice horse.

He's another tricky horse, he can be keen and if he gets a run on you at all he wastes his own energy. Shane gave him a lovely ride and got him switched off. He said he still had a go at him in the early part of the race but he got switched off and got on to the backs of the leaders when they slowed it down. He won well and is a nice horse. He'll probably jump hurdles too and is one to look forward to. We'll get him out again here and hopefully the handicapper isn't too hard on us. He has a turn of foot over that trip but if he doesn't settle he hasn't got it.

The owner James Wallace is a very nice man who has been patient with me making a mess of things! He was unlucky at Down Royal and then I stretched him stamina-wise at Leopardstown and the ground was very soft at Cork the last day, and he loves this ground. I was humming and hawing whether to run him as he didn't do a great piece of work during the week, but when you have Colin on your side it is a great help. He stays 1m2f, is big enough to jump hurdles and when we got him he was quite keen and he could possibly make a nice summer hurdler next year.
