The Stewards requested a report from Martin Brassil, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Whispering Waters, placed first, as compared with its most recent run at Clonmel on the 04/03/21 when pulling up
David Brassil, authorised representative, of the trainer reported that his charge was unable to handle the very testing ground conditions on it's previous run and was also having it's first run back after a long break. He felt today's ground was less holding and this had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanation offered
