The winner On The Nose (GB) appeared to show an improvement in form, compared with its previous run at Brighton on 20 April 2024, where the mare finished eleventh of twelve, beaten 9 lengths.
Adam West explained that the mare may have benefitted from the drop back in trip from 1mile 2f to 1mile on this occasion.
His explanation was noted and On The Nose (GB) was routine tested.
