Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Flying Focus (IRE), which was pulled up, had lost its right-fore shoe.
An enquiry was held following an incident which took place in the weighing room after Race 3.
Dave Crosse, the Senior Racecourse Medical Officer, the Clerk of the Scales and the Raceday Assistant were interviewed.
Having considered the evidence, a report was forwarded to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority for further consideration.
