I'm delighted for Mick (owner Mick Walsh) as he has been very patient. He sent me him as a four-year-old looking to sell him after he won a point-to-point. He did manage to win a point-to-point but he has had to be very patient with him since. He had a splint last year and it caused wicked trouble. He just needed a bit luck to win a race and he will go straight chasing now. Summer staying chases should be ideal for him. He got a lovely ride from Johnny. Henry De Bromhead, trainer

Weights - 4-y-o 11st 7lb; 5-y-o and up 11st 12lb; Mares allowed 7lb
Allowances - Horses that have not won a *race If 4-y-o allowed 5lb If 5-y-o and up allowed 8lb *Including flat races under any National Hunt Rules or Rules of Racing.
Riders - Confined to Professional under I.N.H.S. Rules who have not lost the right to claim the allowance under Rule 52 (iii). Allowances (which are not cumulative, up to and including 8th September) who have not ridden the winners of 25 **races allowed 4lb Those who have not ridden the winners of 40 **races allowed 2lb No allowance to riders under Rule 52 (iii) may be claimed.
