He ran well in a maiden here first time. He's a very lazy horse at home and we had to run him to see if there was anything there,. That race didn't really suit him as they went slow and what won it for him today was the fast pace. He loves fast ground and we'll step him up in trip now and see what is available. He's a nice horse but shows nothing at home. The racecourse will tell us about him and he needs a bit more experience. John M Oxx, trainer
