He may not have faced up to the cheek-pieces. They were no help to him,. That's the minimum trip for him. I don't think the ground is a factor - he'll go on any ground. The next time we'll see him is a Derby trial hopefully.

An extended handicap for two yrs old only (90 = 9st 10lb)
