The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Daybreak Boy, ridden by P.J. Smullen, placed first and Fiesole (GB), ridden by R. Coakley placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

For three yrs old and upwards which at entry, are rated 85 or less (also open to horses rated 86-95)
Weights - 3-y-o 8st 7lb; 4-y-o & up 9st 4lb
Penalties - Performances before July 18th for every 1lb above the rating of 85 1lb extra; On or after July 18th for each race won 6lb extra; Horses that have not run three times and/or do not have a published handicap rating are eligible to enter and run at the discretion of the handicapper.
