The winner, Twayblade (GB), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Bath on 7 April 2023 where the gelding finished seventh of seventeen, beaten by 10 ¼ lengths.
It was noted that Chris Dwyer could offer no explanation for Twayblade (GB)’s improved form other than that the colt was ridden more prominently on this occasion.
Twayblade (GB) was routine tested.
