An enquiry was held to consider why David Pipe was running RAMSES DE TEILLEE (FR) here at Wincanton on going described as Good, having deciared the gelding a non-runner at Aintree on 28, October 2018 on ground with the same official description. The trainer's representative stated that the trainer felt the ground on this occasion was easier than at Aintree, having had considerable late rain.
