The Stewards interviewed Mr. John Queally, trainer, after it appeared a member of his staff wandered onto the track while the horses were in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who apologised for this and under took that this situation would not occur again. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the stewards reminded the trainer of his future responsibilities in this regard
