< Einsteins Folly secured Listed honours in the Lenebane Stakes at Roscommon.
Jim Bolger has pitched his colt into this level and higher but this was the first time he tackled a mile and a half, and he was settled nearer last than first by Kevin Manning.
He made ground against the rail in the straight and the gaps came at the right time for the 8-1 shot, who saw out the trip well to defeat Belisarius by a length and a half, with Ebeyina third.
The market suggested that the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Auction Maiden was a bit of a match, and Jack Naylor and Syntax were in the front two for much of the journey.
Front-running 6-5 favourite Jack Naylor came under pressure as her chief market rival loomed up alongside, with the pair quickening well clear, but Jessie Harrington's filly showed excellent resolution to prevail by three and a half lengths.
Jockey Pat Smullen followed up, again from the front, when getting Ashjar (7-2) home in the Property Partners Earley Auctioneers Maiden.< Kings Ryker (9-4 favourite) showed his appreciation for the drop to seven furlongs by breaking his duck in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden.
Fourth on his debut over this course and distance, he didn't fare quite as promisingly over a mile at the Curragh, but took up the running just inside the final furlong here and crossed the line with two and a half lengths in hand of Red All Star < Kanes Pass (10-1) banished a terrible Leopardstown performance to the memory with a narrow triumph in the I.T.B.A. Western Region Fillies Handicap.< Caprella seemed to have made a decisive move when striking the front halfway down the straight, but Leigh Roche went in pursuit on Willie McCreery's mare and she got up by a head.
Colin Keane continued his sparkling run of form when driving Togoville (100-30) to a breakthrough success in the Supervalu's Roscommon Handicap.
