Limini bids to follow in some illustrious hoofprints when she goes to post for the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Champion Hurdle on the final day of the Punchestown Festival.

For the past couple of years, this Grade One prize has gone the way of Annie Power and the same combination of Rich Ricci, Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh rely this time on the inaugural Trull House Stud Mares' Novices' Hurdle heroine, who has a subsequent Aintree defeat to atone for.

Back against her own sex, she will take all the beating, although it is far from a penalty kick, with Rock On The Moor, Slowmotion and Jennies Jewel among the opposition.

Mullins' Apple's Jade gained revenge on her Triumph Hurdle conqueror Ivanovich Gorbatov in no uncertain terms at Liverpool and the pair lock horns once more in the AES Champion Four Year Old Hurdle.

Apple's Jade is joined by stable companions Cap D'Aubois and Let's Dance, with the field completed by Jer's Girl and Tocororo.

Irish Grand National hero Rogue Angel returns to action in the Palmerstown House Pat Taaffe Handicap Chase.

He drops in distance but will probably try to make all again and is sure to give his supporters another bold sight.

Thunder And Roses hasn't been at his best since landing last year's Irish National so Sandra Hughes reaches for the visor ahead of the Madra Irish Dog Foods Handicap Chase, while there is a big pot up for grabs in the Coral Handicap Hurdle, in which Liz Doyle's rapidly-progressive Last Goodbye goes for his fifth victory on the bounce.

Quantitativeeasing and Cantlow fought out the finish of the La Touche Cup and are back just two days later for the CME Auctioneers Cross Country Chase, which gets the action under way at 2.35.

As usual, the 27th Running Of The 'Carry An Organ Donor Card' Punchestown Charity Sweepstakes brings the Festival to a close and old favourites such as Baily Green and Colbert Station take part.
