Well Breezes to victory
Breezed Well came good for James McAuley when claiming the mile handicap at Navan.
Ben Curtis got after the gelding two furlongs out and he stayed on to lead under a furlong from home.
He kept on strongly in the closing stages to post a four-and-a-half length victory over The Silver Crown
"He's been an absolute christian of a horse since we got him," said McAuley.
"We bought him at the Breeze Up and I think he clocked the second quickest time - hence the name - but since we got him home his wind has been a bit suspect.
"Ben rode him the last day and said to get his wind done so all credit to him. They done a very god job with him and his wind is absolutely perfect now."
