Knowing You has been brought along beautifully by Dermot Weld and she won her second race in three outings when successfully graduating to handicap company in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies event over a mile at Listowel. Gentil J was trying to follow up on her win in this contest from twelve months back. She ran well on this occasion but ended up a length and three parts and two lengths off the gold medal in third.

In-form Rosin Box proved the most formidable opponent for Moyglare Stud Farm's Knowing You, but Pat Smullen wasn't to be denied inside the final furlong.

"She did it well and is tough and genuine. She gets through that ground very well and is progressing along nicely," reported Smullen. 

"She's all heart and stays well; she had to get beyond it (the trip) today and she'll get a mile and one and maybe a mile and a quarter. Hopefully she'll keep progressing."
