Tisamystery landed the Bet Through The Racing Post App Handicap Chase for the second successive year at Leopardstown this afternoon.
The Henry de Bromhead-trained gelding beat Bel Ami De Sivola by a head 12 months ago, and this time had that rival well back in fifth when recording a decisive victory off a 4lb higher mark.
Daniel Holden ’s mount led before the penultimate fence and stayed on strongly on the run-in to beat Cubomania by six lengths at odds of 6/1.
The well-backed 7/2 favourite Grand Partner was another three quarters of a length away in third.
De Bromhead said, “That was a super ride from Daniel and he did it really well. He seems to be improving, and it’s nice to get one up here. He could come back here for a handicap at the Dublin Racing Festival.”
The Waterford trainer was completing a treble on the day as Sinoria and Well Presented both scored at Down Royal.
