The Real Article scores first chase win
Lord Ben leads The Real Article

The Real Article clocked up win number ten at Limerick today, bouncing back to form when justifying even money favouritism in the Grant Thornton Novice Chase.
Ridden by Barry Geraghty, the gelding was untidy at the penultimate fence but ran on well from the last to see off Lord Ben by five and a half lengths.
Afterwards winning trainer Edward O'Grady stated “I'd like to think the combination of the track and ground at Killarney the last day was the reason for his defeat then, as the race seemed as though it was terribly fast.
“That was more like his old self today but I didn't think he'd take as long as he did to break his maiden over fences! I might put him in a handicap chase at Galway as there isn't a lot for him after Galway so it might be worth a peep!”
