Sugar Baby Love scores for Lynam
The www.breederscup360.com was won by 13/2 favourite Sugar Baby Love from the Eddie Lynam stable who benefited from the guidance of Chris Hayes.
Hayes settled the Verglas filly in mid-division, but was already hard at work approaching the straight. She responded well to the pressure and eventually hit the front in the closing stages for a half length win over Keen Look
A delighted Lynam said afterwards: “She’s a very well bred filly and it was nice to get the win out of her and she did it well in the end.”
“We didn’t expect it to take as long for her to win after her first run. The jockey certainly earned his fee here today.”
The runner-up Keen Look was racing for the 100th time in his career.
