"She ran very bad in the Guineas and that threw us but maybe we ran her too short back. She stays very well though and he (Colm O'Donoghue) was very happy with her there," said Aidan O'Brien after his Pretty Perfect prevailed in the Group 3 Coral.ie Munster Oaks Stakes.
Three to one shot Pretty Perfect made all and she was ridden two furlongs out.
The daughter of Galileo soon asserted and driven out she stayed on well inside the final furlong to oblige by four lengths from the favourite Shamreen
Ballydoyle also had the third home, Best In The World whilst Hugo Palmer's raider Twitch finished fourth.
"The Guineas was a hard race to work out because we ran Coolmore in it and she ran very bad too," added O'Brien.
"We're delighted with her today and she'll maybe go to an Irish Oaks now. She seems to stay well. Best In The World ran well too and stays well too."
