A magnificent fifteen minutes or so, which culminated with their sensational three-year-old filly Winter landing the Nassau at Goodwood, started for Ballydoyle with Corrib Fillies Stakes success at Galway through Music Box
This Listed seven furlong event, backed by Arthur Guinness and the Irish European Breeders Fund, saw the heavily campaigned three-year-old Music Box go off a 4/1 joint favourite.
Donnacha O'Brien did the steering on the tough daughter of Invincible Spirit. She was looking good from before the straight and eventually prevailed by a length and a half from Drumfad Bay
"I got a nice position and she stayed on nicely when I asked her," said the winning rider.
"She had some good runs and she could progress further."
Music Box reportedly lost a shoe leaving the stalls.
The Stewards informed J.A.Stack, trainer that Casla would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
