Naas hosts the final race in the Foran Equine Auction Series today with a full field of 16 set to go to post for the €120,000 contest.
Powersville won a leg of the series over six furlongs at the track last month and now tries seven furlongs again.
The form of the race she won has been franked by the runner-up, Sunday Smart, who obliged in Limerick last weekend.
Powersville's trainer Tom Mullins said: "Powersville is in great form and I’m happy with the draw although the extra furlong is a bit of a concern but we couldn’t not go for the race with the exceptional prize money that is on offer.
"She was a cheap purchase and owes us nothing so anything else she picks up now is a bonus but she’s has got course form at Naas which is a big thing for young horses and it is dream stuff to be contesting a race of this value with her.” Ball Girl representing Ger Lyons and Colin Keane, is top rated on 92 and is a best priced 7/2 favourite this morning.
Mick Channon sends Beverley winner Apple Anni across the Irish Sea but bookmakers make this one a 28/1 shot.
