Morning rules Supreme
Willie Mullins' Morning Supreme maintained her unbeaten run over hurdles at Limerick today, winning the Listed Dawn Omega Milk EBF Mares Novice Hurdle, under Ruby Walsh.
The daughter of Supreme Leader soon took up her customary front running role and although her jumping was not fluent at times, she stayed well to shake off the challenges of Blazing Tempo and For Bill to record a four and a half lengths win.
Mullins was absent but his son Patrick did mention “Morning Supreme doesn't seem to jump those Easyfix hurdles as well as 'normal' hurdles but she did it very easy today and settled a lot better than usual. She'll go Fairyhouse and Punchestown next.”
