Meade/Carberry win Grade 2 Novice Hurdle
The Grade 2 Johnstown Novice Hurdle was won by the Noel Meade trained Go Native ridden by Paul Carberry and owned by the Docado Syndicate.
Meade said afterwards, "He's entered in the Supreme Novice Hurdle but I'm not sure if we'll run him. It's tempting now after that and I'll have a chat with owners and see what we'll do. He travels well and jumps well and I think he'll even come on from the run here today."
Boylesports have quoted Go Native 20/1 from 33/1 for the Supreme Novice Hurdle.
