Today's meeting at Limerick has again beaten the weather after getting the green light following a precautionary 8am inspection.
Officials called an inspection 24 hours ago with the prospect of further rain at Greenmount Park.
However the track remains raceable following another 3.5mm of rain overnight. The ground remains heavy, and the seven-race card gets underway at 12.35pm.
The four-day Christmas Festival also concludes at Leopardstown where the going remains soft after just 1mm of rain overnight. Hurricane Fly is the star name in the featured Istabraq Festival Hurdle, and the action gets underway at 12.25pm.
It will be a mostly dry, cool and blustery day with the chance of some passing showers.
