There was a ninth win on the week for Willie Mullins, and his fourth feature race success, when Nessun Dorma sprung a 14/1 surprise in the Guinness Premier Handicap at Galway.
Billy Lee is on fire too, and he added to his double yesterday, soon in front aboard the successful Canford Cliffs gelding, in the colours of owner Niall Kennelly. Princess Yaiza tried hard to get to him, but Nessun Dorma hung on by a neck. Limini the even money favourite, finished a length and a quarter back in third, also for Mullins, as was the fourth home, Gustavus Vassa
"He's improved a bit since his last run in Ballinrobe and Billy gave him a super ride in front," said Mullins.
"He waited in front and he just kept a little bit up his sleeve - it was a very good ride."
