Heron Heights provided Henry De Bromhead with his third winner in the last six days, as he took the Limerick GAA Rated Novice Chase.
A point-to-point winner for Donnie Hassett, the seven-year-old son of Heron Island got off the mark for De Bromhead at Kilbeggan in May.
He since finished fourth to Tiger Roll at the Co Westmeath venue, and he was sent off a 4/1 chance this evening in the colours of owner Barry Maloney.
Having raced in second and third, he came with his challenge on the inner approaching two out. He was pushed to the front after that fence, and kept on well under pressure from there, going on to score by four and three parts of a length under Andrew Lynch. Beau Et Sublime finished second under Jack Kennedy for Gordon Elliott at 9/2, while Myles Ahead was eight lengths back in third. Marvellous Moment was sent off the 3/1 favourite and he finished a disappointing last under Phillip Enright for Jim Culloty.
Andrew Lynch, who was recording his fourth winner since this day last week, said afterwards: "He is a very good jumper but is a bit quirky and I thought jumping a fence would suit him and it obviously has.
"He'll go on quicker ground and can drop down or step up in trip. He'll be a nice fun horse for the summer."
