The Sean Doyle trained Gracemount scored a second handicap hurdle win in as many months when landing the O'Kelly Brothers (Mares) Handicap Hurdle at Limerick today, under jockey Harley Dunne.
The daughter of Beneficial won her penultimate start over 2m6f at Punchestown in November and today beat Pat's Oscar by six and a half lengths, over a much sharper two miles trip.
Co Wexford based Doyle later stated “that mare owes me nothing and that's my first Christmas winner.
“She does everything so easy and it's great for her owners, the Kavanagh family.”
