Happywifehappylife has come in for plenty of market support for the concluding contest at Galway this evening, the Sean Cleary Memorial Fillies Maiden.
The winner of a barrier trial at Dundalk last month, the Joseph O'Brien trained bay was initially priced-up at 12/1 but is now as short as 11/4 for this mile-and-a-half contest.
Shewearsitwell, who was an odds-on favourite in early shows, has been taken out because of the ground.
Top-weight La Hacienda has been the one for money in the Galway Apprentice Handicap.
A winner in France last year, the Matthew Smith trained filly was 8/1 in early shows, but is now the 11/4 market leader. Dragon Of Malta has gone from 16s to 11/2 for the Galway Handicap, with Lady Leanora who was the favourite in early shows, now an absentee. Chavajod who was successful at Roscommon recently, has gone from 11/2 to 11/4 for the James P Cunningham Electrical Handicap, while the hat-trick seeking Imposing Supreme is 7/2 from 9s for the Donnellys Of Barna Rated Race. Swan Bay is now odds-on for the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden. 6/4 in early shows, the Joseph O'Brien trained juvenile is now 5/6.
