Jarvis justified 1/8 favouritism in winning Dundalk's opening View Restaurant At Dundalk Maiden today, scoring under Champion Jockey Colin Keane and for trainer Ger Lyons.
The son of Profitable had finished second on four of 10 previous runs, was an unplaced 150/1 chance in the Ballyhane Stakes in August but today found a weak maiden and made all to easily defeat three opponents.
Afterwards Lyons' brother and assistant Shane Lyons, stated “he's been very consistent all year and deserved to get his win on the board.
"He'll either come back for a winners race on the 17th over five (furloings) or have a break.
"Colin was delighted and said he was as fresh as paint and will have no bother coming back for the winners' race."
